headlight won't turn on

hey guys..

I need some quick advice..

on my driver side, I had to switch out one of my ballast.. and after changing it out.. now both the headlights won't turn on.

I checked the relay and the fuses.. and they both are good..

however though, I didn't hear the ballast turning on..

I'm leaning towards both the ballast going bad and tomorrow morning, I'm going to visit my mechanic for a new set of ballast..

but until then, is there anything else that could go bad?

The control box. If you're using trs stuff it's the little gold box, maybe black, they change them up. It tells your ballasts what to do. Find it and tap on it. If they pop on, replace the box.

would you know which prong of the ballast is the postive and negative? cause I looked at it and couldn't find it..

put the connector in the ballast the other way. Back when I used DDM tuning HID's, if the bulb didn't come on after installing, I'd flip the connector around and that would do it.

it turns out it was the fuse that is burned.. but instead.. I ended up replacing the whole harness with brand new ones along with new ballast.
