Is it just me or do others find the headlights on the 07 runner very weak. Is there an easy upgrade to get better coverage from the lights?

I don't think that the headlights are too weak but it does take some time to get familiar with the "cutoff" that projector lenses have. Some have done the H9 bulb upgrade and a lot of people have done HID upgrades to improve performance. Your headlights may just need to be adjusted a little.

I just installed some '06 headlights on my '03 and I put philips plug n play HIDs in them, they are AWESOME.

Yeah, the 06+ headlights are really not bad. 03-05 stock headlights however, are a completely different story, I could not stand them and replaced with nice HID projectors before I even got the plates and registration for the truck.

My 2007 Limited has great lights. So much in fact that I put some light tinting over them to add a little attitude to the ride. You can see it a bit in my signature pic.
