Heater stuck on HOT

99 Limited with the Digital controller.

After we went for a swim, my heater will only blow HOT air. I can turn the dial all the way to COLD and it still blows HOT.

I assume the blend door is to blame, but cannot seem to figure out how to fix it. Does anyone have any experience here

May be operating cable is off from the front control unit?

Ask someone to turn the hot/cold knob and see that controls the outside heater core valve.

I had a similar problem several years back with my digital controller in my '02. Every time I tried to turn the temperature selector down, it would act erratic and stay on the highest setting. The dealership said faulty controller and replaced it under warranty.
