Heating (NON-HEATED) leather seats...any kits?

Hi All,

Does anyone have any information on kits to install in leather seats to make them "heated?" Are they easy to install? Are they cheap? Is it worth it? Anyone have pictures of a setup? I have an 04 SE with leather but they are not heated.
