Heavy Duty Rear Sway Bar Links

Psraff: that really sucks about your rear links, sorry to hear that. The 3rd gens are almost identical to the 4th/5th gens. I'll pull one of the 3rd gens off and build you a heavy duty set, with all of the appropriate anti-corrosion coatings, that is guaranteed to work on your application. If you're interested, send me a PM with the basic info of your rear suspension lift.

I'm also interested in a set for a Gen3 '96 4Runner; are these intended to be used with factory oem sway bars or for aftermarket versions?

Hrt4me: these are intended for factory sway bars but will also work on ADDCO aftermarket bars for the 3rd gens. Psraff confirmed the largest diameter hardware that can fit on the third gens (thank you!), which means you can get the same massive end links for a 3rd gen that you can with a 4th or 5th gen. The only difference is that the 3rd gens will be slightly shorter than the newer models, unless you want to run the risk of the links hitting the lower control arms. I built psraff's set to be 2" longer than stock, allowing for substantial lift but not running the risk of hitting the LCAs. Send me a pm if you'd like a set for your 3rd gen.

Got them installed last night.... One thing though, our (the 3rd gen group) ends on our swaybar is thicker then yours. So I had to grab 3" bolts, instead of the normal 2 1/2". No big deal, and Chris even gave me some money back (which I didn't ask for or expect), so supper cool for him!

Wow these are awesome! excellent work! Ive been slowly gathering all the parts I need for my lift (broke college student), so hopefully by march youll still be making these and I buy a set for my gen3 anyways awesome work, keep it up!
