Hello,
My gf has an 01' 4Runner SR5 with automatic locks, the FOB is able to unlock the doors but not lock. When she tries to lock the truck it just makes a long beeping noise. Also the rear lift gate can only be locked/unlocked with the key. when she lock the truck from the driver side all doors lock but the lift gate remains unlocked and well she has to use the key to lock it. I have read this forum over and over but can't seem to get an answer. I changed the Liftgate Door Latch Actuator Assembly to no avail. I have a feeling is going to be some sort of wiring issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
