Help! Any suggestions?

Does the panel go up against the dash? Or does it hold itself away from the dash like in the picture? I'm basically asking if the panel is stressed when pushing it into position, or if it rests in its proper position, but it won't hold itself together?

I have settled the panel issue I just need to get my dash lights back on lol

I checked the fuses (interior/exterior) and they seem to be alright
