Help finding part #, DRL MODULE

I want to add DRL's to my 2003 . From what I gathered and in communication with JA I will first need to add the DRL module. I can't seem to find a consistent answer for the part number . Is it 90987-04010? I was hoping to use the Morimoto switchbacks I purchased on Amazon as combo DRL's turn signals. I already have an LED flasher relay to avoid using resistors on my LED's . In the future I might add an LED light bar or PIAA type lights .

Here is a thread I found regarding the drl's. My truck currently does not have them and I was curious as to what it would take to get them working.
