Help me disconnect this!

I cannot get this damn connector apart, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have already pressed (with a very small flathead screwdriver) on the obvious place but it doesn't budge.

have you tried putting the small screwdriver in the slot and lifting?

I HATE those connectors for the alarm system. I struggled with them many times and this last time they came apart super easy. Not sure if I loosened them up after doing them a few times, but putting a small screwdriver in the hole and prying up on it worked really easily this last time. I had both apart in 30 seconds.

You have to use a small flat head to get it apart. It's a pain, but that's how I get them apart.

you guys rock...put a smaller screwdriver in and lifted. Still was stubborn as hell, thanks for the help!
