Help me wire AOB switch so the light dims

I've got a pair of AirOnBoard switches I'd like to make them dim with the rest of the switches. I'm not sure if I'm just not catching the right wire combo, but the reverse polarity seems to be getting the better of me. I found a source wire to have it dim, but it goes opposite from the rest of the switches. So, OEM switches get dimmer while AOB gets brighter, and vise versa.

A) Wrong direction for pos/neg wires?
B) Need to reverse the polarity somewhere?
