help me with yalls opinion

alright i just bought my 1999 4runner sr5 v6 2wd with 130,000 miles on it and i love it but ive only had it for almost half a year and im having some issues, the check engine light came on with the code p1071, when i shift it from reverse to drive it makes a clunk noise, and the rear axel seals are bad and my rear brakes are now covered in diff fluid... so this is where im wanting yalls help im getting a check for $4,445 as a insurance settlement from a wreck that i was involved in about a year ago should i use the money to get everything fixed on my 4runner or should i sell my 4runner (got a $4500 offer on it yesterday) and use the money from the check and the 4runner to buy a different vehicle? whats yall opinions?
