Help Needed: How to measure for Wheel Spacers

I'm going to be putting 2" Hub Centric Wheel Spacers, however I know how to measure for proper clearance in my wheel well. All help welcomed.

I did 2 inch when spacers and i love them a little rub but I'm not sure how you will measure for that though, imagine your tire 2 inches wider...

Trying to see the radius of turn to ensure there is no or minimal rubbing
