Help needed..what model/year is this

Came across this pic..and have trawled the web trying to get details of the car type and model. For a sec i hoped it was a 6th gen.. the 2018 runner.
Somebody should pls help me with the car model and year

You are not - I am seeing what you see - makes identification of the vehicle that much more challenging!

Dont know if its a photoshop.its not a prado.ch3cked the 2018 and 2017 prado.it has a toyota symbol.so not a gx.
Also not a land cruiser.checked
Really stumped
