Help! part numbers for the inside trim / tailgate

First time poster: I had some work done on my 04 4runner sport tailgate and now I have to replace the interior trim. Just the carpeted cover and what ever fasteners to hold it it place. It's Galactic Grey exterior with light gray interior not sure if it's called stone or something else. Any assistance with actual part numbers would be greatly appreciated. I would just go to the dealer but I really don't want to deal with them. Thank you!

I don't have the sport but my '04 lift gate (back door) doesn't have carpet on it. I've only seen it once and it was user installed. Here's a link to a drawing with part numbers. Just match the index number in the drawing with the stock code in the list. The stock code is the OEM part number.
