I have a toyota 4runner Limited '95, and the other day went to get it wash it. Inside the washer tunnel I heard a loud noise. When I got to look the back of the car, the rear wiper WAS GONE! And... I got a dent on the paint. The ppl from the Carwash want it change it by themselves, they says it's not their first time with an old T4R having this problem. Should I let them? Or should they get it to the Dealer for a better work? I now they have to open the door to replace the motor, Is it complicate or can an average Joe get it done well?

Don't let them near it. There might be more damage then what is seen. An average person(with some experience), "should" be able to handle it. More then a number of times, I've seen people butcher them enough to warrant a new unit or armature. You might turn the rear wiper on and see if the armature end still moves properly, and the end is not too damaged(they are soft)? Best of luck.
