4runner19 New member Aug 2, 2010 #1 I did a search and didnt find a write up on how to change the bulbs on a 2004 4runner. I bought yellow HIDs to replace the stock foglights I have now. Can someone please explain to me how to get to the bulbs so I can switch them out. thanx!!!

J Jed Banned Aug 2, 2010 #2 Easiest way is to lay down underneath the front bumper and just reach up. You just have to rotate the socket and it comes right out.
