Help: UCA, Sway bar and other torque specs

In the process of installing my ToyTec Boss lift and only have my phone so I can't download the repair manuals from nashman. Wanted to see if anyone can help me out with UCA, sway bar and shock torque specs and anything else with the lift that needs to be torqued (lugs are 83lbs I know that). Anyway, thanks in advance. Promise pictures when completed.

Top shock mounting nuts: 47 ftlb
Bottom shock mounting nut: 70 ftlb
Swaybar: 52 ftlb
UCA long bolt: 85 ftlb
Upper ball joint nut: 82 ftlb
