Help.. Where to run wires thru the roof?

Trying to wire up the lights on my roof rack. I need a place to run the wires thru the roof. I was going to run it thru the end cap on the roof rack rails but with the sun roof it doesn't leave much room. Any thoughts?

Pull the wire from the rear hatch hinges-area and along the roof rack rails.

Through that hole you mentioned.

It's a bit of a PITA, but worth it.

All the wires for my roof rack lights are ran through the holes under each end cap.

Then ran them across the roof, under the headliner, down the a-pillar, and to he switch box in my dash.

here is how i ran my wiring... and a couple other guys have fallowed suit. i have had it this way for about 3 years now with no issues, and no leaks. when i take the roof rack of the wires just lay back into the weather seal around the doors and no one is the wiser -i also pull the fuses so there is no chance of shorting out when the rack is not on.
