Help with codes

Just got the quote from my mechanic and these were the codes that came up. Said I needed catalytic converter which he's charging only $328 for the cats, and 1.2 hours at $114 for labor. Also oxygen sensor 2 of them, @$223.57 and .7 hours labor $66.50.

He seems really straight forward, but I have no idea if that's been my problem for years with the check engine light, and VSC track, and trac off lights all on. What y'all think?

Save yourself some money and do the 02 sensors yourself. Could probably get some cats off rockauto for less money and just have a muffler shop replace them. Seems like an awful lot of money for an hour or two of work. Just my opinion.

I went to autoZone to get a second reading and they pulled po430 (catalyst Efficiency below normal) P2195 (oxygen A/F sensor signal stuck lean, (bank 1, sensor 1) & P0430 catalyst efficiency below normal (bank 2)

Ugh! Been out all day with the kids as spring break is coming to an end. Now I gotta figure out what to get. Thanks guys
