So here´s the problem i currently have a 4runner 3rd gen with a ARB bumper and just added the suspension both front and rear. So i did a little research just in case the guy who sold them to me wasnt lying thou i ended up a bit confused since i read the write up that steez made and it says ;
Front options are:
880 1" lift coil for stock weight.
881 2.5" lift coil for stock weight.
883 3" lift coil designed for 100 lbs. additional front weight.
882 3" lift coil designed for 150+ lbs additional front weight.
A top plate spacer can be combined with the 881 coil for a full 3" lift
for the rear you can choose from:
906 2" lift coil
890 3" lift coil
891 3" lift coil designed for additional weight.
The guy who sold the things to me told me there where only hard medium and soft options so he told me he put the hard on front and the medium in the rear , thou this worried me since the front seems more lifted than the back . The coils he used are 2881 for the front ( which he said was the hard one which he said was for additional weight) and for the back the 2906 ( which he declares are the medium ones)
However, i went on and did a little more research and read the application guide ARB usa has on its website which is in the attachment and says
HEAVY LOAD (330LBS TO GVW) SPRING 2.0" 1 2906
HEAVY LOAD (110-240LBS) SPRING 1.25" 1 2881
So i ended up even more confused since the other springs steeze listed werent listed on the ARB application guide and well even if i followed what the guide says it doesnt make any sence since my back is lower than the front and supposedly the front spring would only give me 1.25" and the back should give me 2" but it doesnt look like it at all. Could someone help me out here??
Thanks
