help with obd codes.

My 2000 limited has a flashing cliimate control unit. It has been flashing 21 and 41. It does not pick up any codes on a code reader. I think these are related to the rear O2 sensor and the throttle positioning sensor. I replaced both tonight. The climate control is still flashing 21 and on occasion 00. Is the 21 the accelerator pedal positioning sensor? If so, where is it and where can I find one. The 00 is the mass air flow sensor? Not sure here, just want to be able to use my air conditioner in the texas heat. Am I just screwed up here and randomly replacing things, or does the AC actually read codes? Also I did leave the battery disconnected today for about 30 minutes doing the o2 and tps.
any help would be great.

im not sure if im fully understanding.. ive never heard the OBD system throwing codes for climate control - it is more geared towards emissions etc. Why do you think the blinking numbers on your climate control indicate TPS or O2 sensor failure.. you would have a check engine light on. The code for the throttle position sensor is P0120. But i dont know why you relate the climate control numbers to engine issues?

The climate control flashes obdII then flashes the numbers over and over. I have only found this on one other spot on the web, they said to push the recirc and auto button at the same time to bypass this, works sometimes, not others.

Climate control has its own diagnostics routine and codes. See the FSM for details. I am on phone or I would post link. Nothing to do with OBDII.
