Help with replacing injectors on 2.7L 3RZ Motor

Hello,

My T4R just pushed 400,250 miles the other day which is epic! Motor was replaced but after driving it for 40,000 miles, the injector for cylinder 4 took a poo.

I havent been able to find a walk through on T4r.org and was hoping that someone could help me find one so that I can do the job myself.

Anyone know where to locate the injector cups,besides the dealer.Just trying to put a head (new)on a 2.7 and cant finish.
