Help with tool name

I'd like to ask for help in identifying the tool needed to create the ring near the tip of the PCV nozzle in the attached pic. The ring is to prevent the hose from sliding off by locking the position of the hose clamp.

Bead forming tool or roller bead pipe jig or tool. At least that's what I call em. .
