Help with two questions about my '98

#1-am I missing a piece on my front bumper for the front plate? I went to put the plate on and the holes do not match up at all...



#2-do I need a bumper bracket to fix the gap? It seems to have gone lower since I bought it a few months ago

Yep your missing the tag bracket
And the bumper fascia can been pulled back up

1-Just loosen the bolts on bumper lift it up and tighten back up. 2- I just used some plat self taping screws and screwed it in to the plastic next to the wholes that are there. Hope this helps.
