One of my buddies accidentally elbowed my rear driver-side window really hard and the entire window fell down inside the door. The motor and everything works fine, the window just doesn't go anywhere. When I try to roll the window all the way up, some sort of arm comes up out of the crack where the window goes. I have no window now so it's urgent, please help!!

Thanks in advance!

I think the obvious suggestion is to pop the door panel off and see if it can be placed back on the track.

I have read some other things about people having to remove speakers and glue stuff back on and I just wanted to double check and make sure I wasn't going to get in there and mess something up

I can't think of any other way to do it. If you're worrying about messing something up, I'd suggest that you take photos after each step so that you can remember how to get it all reassembled.

yep. gonna have to remove the panel, speakers and the plastic liner to get at it. you can either just cut the plastic and tape it up w aluminium duct tape, or you can try to peal the plastic away. be aware that the sealant used is very sticky and messy.

Your local auto store should also sell a door panel removal tool for about 5 bucks. It makes it easier than using a flat head screwdriver and decreases the potential of snapping the clips.
