Need help with a hesitation at low idle or low speed . It will sputter and almost like it wants to stall. And it will sometimes throw the CEL lights on. Only at very low speeds or if your stopped at a light. The problem comes and goes and never happens at normal or higher speeds. What should I be looking for? Coil packs? Any help would be appreciated!

Like the poster above mentioned, first step is get the DTCs if you have an MIL on.

The problem is the lights don't come on all that often when it does it. When they do stay on the problem will happen for about a week straight and then the lights will go out by themselves. Usually if it is damp and I idle at a lower speed it will start to hesitate. Very frustrating.

Ok, but you still need to pull the codes or nobody will be able to give you advice.
I'll have to wait till it throws the CEL again and put scan tool on. Even though it hesitates at low speed it won't put the CEL on. Eventually it will and then it will stay on for a few days before it goes out by itself. It could be a couple of months before that will happen. I'm wondering if it has to do with change in temperature ? Could there be a crack in one of the coil packs?

If you have a half decent scantool it should be able to pull "History" DTCs; which will still be present until you clear them, despite the MIL not being on (I explain their purpose in the thread I linked.)
