Hey electrical gurus... part 2

I have two fixtures that are wired to a single switch inside (house was built that way). I noticed one of the bulbs was out in one fixture and went to replace it... but now the fixture isn't working at all. So I killed the power, took it down and inspected the connections. It looked fine - nothing came loose. I killed the power, disconnected the fixture, turned the power back on (switch is on because it's still turning the other fixture on/off). I tested the wires coming from the house with a volt meter and got nothing. So I figure my volt meter might have crapped out. I test it using an outlet that was still getting power and it worked. Just for kicks, I rewired it all and turn the breaker back on... nothing.

So it seems like the issue is coming from the wiring... or I don't know. The breaker is fine. The switch is fine. The wiring was fine. Any other ideas?
