hey guys, looking for a 4Runner

get under the truck and check the actuator for leaks. Its the little black box next to the transfer case. If you see any signs of seepage, do not buy. Its a three dollar internal gasket that requires over a thousand in labor to replace by splitting transfer case to get to. Just relaying info I heard from posting the same question.
 
Thanks for the heads up, I already checked underneath but I will go look again more closely around the transfercase

Just inspected the transfer case and te seals on front and rear looks good
