HG failure prevention on 1gr-fe

Hi all
I have already changed HG after failure near 6 cylinder. I would like not to do it anymore. It seems the reason is inefficient cooling due to construction.
What do you think about following methods
1. Additional transmission radiator
2. Additional fans to radiator or double electric fans instead of large oem
3. Additional electric pump to increase speed of flow of cooling fluid (between engine block and heater)
