My SmittyBilt XRC 9.5 fit fine but it was pretty tight. I doubt the 12K would go. I managed to avoid the bumper cover cutting by clocking the clutch lever. The one AC line in the way required quite a bit of bending, wrapping with tape, and securing with zipties.
This assumes your "hidden" winch is sitting on top of the frame rails. I made my mount with the Harbor Freight generic winch plate plus some 1/4" angle brackets and a bit of welding. Overall the project turned out very well. The fairlead lines up with the small grille area pretty well.
The solenoid pack is also kind of in the way. On my setup it needed to go back another half inch to avoid the hood release lever. As it sits now the mechanism rubs on the case and actually popped the lever loose. It's "rigged" with some zipties at the moment. In order to access the mounting bolts and re-work the setup I'd have to remove the bumper cover. For now it's just not worth the hassle.
