Hitch-mount caro tray

My city has a free trash and recycling service for residents. The "catch" is that we have to drive our trash to their facility and chuck it into the compactors.

I had to replace my garage/shop trashcans, and the replacement is just large enough to not fit in the back of the runner. I think one of those rear receiver mounted cargo trays would work nicely for what I need, so I'd like some feedback from those of you who have one. I'm looking for strength (not something that's going to wobble under load), useable tiedown points or a netting system (to keep stuff from flying out). Thanks!

Got this one on Amazon, although it was $149 at the time IIRC. It came with a locking hitch pin, bungee net, and an anti-rattle shim with a hitch bolt. The hitch bolt keeps it locked in place while off-roading (no ratting whatsoever). Assembly took about 15 min, I use it all the time. 4x 90-lb bags of concrete is the most weight I have ever put on it, and it seemed fine.
