Holman Dealerships/Toyota - Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a driveshaft bolt for my 4runner. I had lost it because I had to swap driveshafts in the grass at a location.

Not only is their lead time ridiculous. They ordered the 13mm 3 times instead of the 14mm.

When it came I installed it, taking it off a few months later, 7 bolts perfect, one bolt happens to round like shit.

These people are overpriced, fake like they listen or know what they are talking about.

Their resolution is to go back and forth with me and possibly order a new one. So i'm basically shit out of luck dealing with them.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OVERPRICED CRAPPY DEALERSHIP.

Example how bad their pricing is- "discount" on lbj = 146 (elsewhere 88)

sorry to hear that, my father have been dealing with them on everything for a year but there's nothing seemed to be wrong about them, price worth it though

I just had my dash replaced at Holman Toyota on rte 73. No issues and was a fairly good experience. I haven't had any customer pay work done though.
