Home made bushwacker flares?

I've always like the look of a color matched bushwacker flare on trucks. So I'm thinking about making a "home made" type of bushwacker flare.

These are just stuck on with tape so I could get a visual but it's about what it would look like. Also the bolts would be painted black instead of the chrome

What do you guys think?

I've looked at some on ebay just didn't want to order them and then never use them so I just went to the hardware store just to get a visual. I may go that route. Idk

Seriously though it will make the truck look tacky and like you shopped at autozone for them. Your truck is so clean and looks great as is.

Yea I get what your saying. I did think it was kind of missing something.
