Yes, I really appreciate if you can post that picture. Here, both dealers said it won't have HomeLink buttons and they confirmed (?) it from their managers!.
If it has HomeLink buttons and Sun/Moon roof buttons, I will go-ahead and order one.
Few days back, I even contacted HomeLink and they said that they don't have after market HomeLink products but directed me to MITO.
This is the reply from them : "At this time, HomeLink is not sold as an aftermarket product and is sold directly to automotive manufacturers as a factory installed feature. You may want to contact your local dealer and see if they can be of assistance.
We also have a "mid market" company by the name of MITO that your dealer can contact about purchasing a HomeLink equipped mirror for installation in some selective vehicles that do not have HomeLink factory installed. MITO's number is 800-433-6486, if you as a customers calls in, they will refer you to authorized distributors in your area....".

This had to be the easiest mod I ever did, easier than changing a light bulb.
First here are the pic's of the part that I picked up last night at the Toyota dealer:
All you have to do is pull down at the front of this plate, it pops out, undo one plug and it is off. Plug the new one in, pop it back into it's place and you are done. 2 minutes flat. Then it only took me about 5 minutes to read the manual and program it. Very simple.

Got a call from dealer that my order is ready to be picked up!. They confirmed that this comes with complete unit (HomeLink). Thank you all for valuable information which even Toyota dealer not aware of it!.
Toybox, you mentioned that by pulling the existing console will remove it. Should I open the sun glass holder and use that opening to pull this one?. I don't see any other place to pull it.

Without the sunglasses holder open, I grabbed the front edge closest to the windshied with my fingertips. It gave a little so I could get my fingers under it a little more and then pulled down. I didn't even have to pull hard at all.
i imagine you could do it at the sunglassses holder as long as you can find a secure grip.

Hi Toybox,
I picked up the console and very pleased with it. But it didn't come with the instruction manual which is shown in your photo. When asked the dealer, he said that only part was received.
If I am not troubling you, is it possible to let me know the only the important steps in programming those buttons?. My other car (Lexus) came with HomeLink and I programmed it by holding the garage door opener closer to the button and pressing both when button starts flickers. Is the same way here too?. Any other precautions do I need to take care of?.

The instructions are in your Toyota Owner's Manual. It is in there whether you had gotton it originally or not. Don't know the page number off hand but it is definitly in there.
It is generally the same as you described for your Lexus. But I have the rolling code feature on my openers so after I did that first step I also had to press the learn button on my opener (not the remote the actual opener that pulls the door up) in the garage and then I had 30 seconds to go back into the truck and press the butto 2 or 3 (I guess depending on what type of opener you have, mine took three presses) times and then it is activated.
The first step is as you descibed. After pressing both buttons while they were about an inch apart it took the light about 20 seconds to come on and then another 10-15 seconds for it to blink rapidly. That is when you know it has taken.
BTW there wasn't instructions in my picture, just the part and the bag it came in.

The only way I can clarify this is that I pulled "firmly". Mine came down easily, no drama to it. Just use both hands as to distribute the downward pulling force.
If you look at the pictures you will see two clips under where the sunglasses holder is, this is what you are pulling out. They are just pressure clips so I doubt that you will do anything wrong. If you had the new part in your hand you would see these clips and realize there should be nothing to it.
Good luck and I'm so gald to have this option now and to be able to leave the garage door opener remote at home.

As Toybox mentioned, it is easy to install. I used his technic to pull using both hands. Actually, I had to pull so hard as it was not coming apart. I used screw driver to get some clearence to use my hand.
There is a wire connecting to this console unit. Make sure, while pulling you are not pulling very hard enough to break it.
