Horn wont stop

Sorry for yelling but my ears still hurt.
I was sitting in class and I get a call from the office, "your alarm is going off"
Weird, it's never gone off before, even when thieves smashed my damn window.
I walk outside and my horn is just blaring. Like someone is really pissed cuz they got cut off and is just laying on it. Anyway, I didn't have much time so I pulled off the negative battery terminal and went to the next class.

Anybody know what could be going on here? Keep in mind about 2 weeks ago I got buried up to my doors in mud.
Think I'm going to pull the fuse so I can get home without disturbing the peace and figure it out from there.

The horn is grounding somehow when obviously it shouldn't. You can also unclip the horns if you remove the grill if pulling the fuse makes other things not work.

Water + mud in places it shouldn't be = bad. There's so many possibilities here, maybe make sure the wiring is free of contamination and look for damage.

Well I put the terminal back on, no more noise so I think I'm just gonna hope for the best and stay away from mudholes
