that's sort of the way off-topic works. there isn't one, so lots of things show up. this site is, frankly, extremely tame in regard to its "off-topics". but i don't frequent t4r for off-topic, instead, i'm more interested in the 4runner content, especially for keeping older ones on the road and working correctly.

doesn't mean i don't read some of the off-topics, just that they aren't particularly important to me relative to using/frequenting the site. and, as pointed out, anyone has the ability to vote with their mouse - just don't click on those topics.
