how do i adjust the master/slave cylinders on my 2000 4runner 5speed?

I'm looking to swapping to MT90 in my transmission. Is it a simple drain and refill or do I need to bring to a place that has a T-Tech machine? Is that for the Auto Trans guys only?

Anyone know if there is a walkthrough for the slave and master instLl?
I don't know if there is a write up on it or not but it's really easy to do, each part only has 2 bolts and 1 fitting. The hardest part is bleeding the system, make sure you bench bleed the master cylinder, you'll be bleeding all day for nothing if you don't.

T-Tech machines are for auto transmissions, you can do kerosene like Slingtoe said but I usually just drain and fill.

Thanks for the response YotaZach, I think I'm just going to drain and refill since my transmission runs pretty well. Also while we're on the topic, Is there a lock for first gear if you're going a certain speed, when i'm cruising to a yield and know i'm going to come out in first gear, it doesnt want to go in until i'm almost fully stopped, and how many quarts do our transmissions take?

Thats just the syncro not letting it go in, you really shouldn't down shift into 1st above 5-10 mph, you'll trash that syncro in no time. 3 quarts will cover you, I don't remember the exact amount but it's right around 2.5 quarts.

Quoted from Redline website.

"Safe for brass synchros, as it lacks the reactive sulfurs found in most GL-5 oils that cause damage"

"Eliminates notchy shifting, even when cold"

"Appropriate coefficient of friction for most manual transmission synchronizers (other's synthetic gear oils are often too slippery for proper synchro engagement)"

"Excellent gear and synchro protection, balanced slipperiness for easier shifting in cold climates"

I switched mine out because I could not get the trans into reverse gear (sitting still) without allowing the vehicle to roll a little. A few hundred miles after, it shifts great. I wish I knew about this earlier.
