How do I change fog light bulb '09

How do I go about changing the fog light bulb in an 09? For the life of me, I can not figure out how to access the bulb. I'd like to put in some yellow bulbs.

I'm assuming its the same as an 07, just crawl under the front bumper and look up. you pop the clip off of the back of the bulb and then twist the bulb like a door knob and pull it straight out, then do the same when placing the new one in.

It is easiest to do when crawling under the truck. My brother does it with ease, my hands are too big to fit in that area
