Never owned a jeep. Tow too many of them to ever buy one. Exploded transfer cases, suspension failures, and no start issues seem to plague jeeps. Must be why jeepbstqnds for just empty every pocket.

Ive towed only a few 4runners - a 98 with 300k on it that had an alternator fail, a 2016 that was involved in a collision but was still fixable, another 98 that had a dead battery (jump start was fine but owner still wanted a tow to a shop for a new battery), and an 07 with 250k on it that was impounded by the police because the owner was drunk. Nothing wrong with the 4runner though.

I couldn't find a reasonably priced higher floor jack either a while back.
Found one of these at the Home Depot (also available on Amazon and other online vendors).

Its amazing! I'm thinking of getting another to keep in the truck. It was high enough for me to swap on my 34" tires with room to spare. Pretty sweet little jack/stand combo.

I got one of these...they are worth it. lightweight, and doubles as jack stands and a jack.
