How in the crap do I put my picture on my profile?

Hey I'm new to the site, can someone please tell me how to put the pic of my Runner on my profile? I see the attach file at the bottom of this post but do I have to attach it every time?

the easiest thing to do is open an account at photobucket.com then upload your photos there, then copy and paste the HTML code photobucket produces for you. this is good in case you want to repost the photo it stores it for you. Its the same concept as posting a photo on myspace. hope this helps

If you want a picture below your username.

User CP (located below t4r.org and photos)>edit options>set the 'avatar'

The avatar pic (on the left side of your post)must be "preshrunk" in terms of dimension and file size if I remember correctly. To put a pic in the signature area (at the bottom of the frame) open the photobucket or similar account as Mike suggested.
