How many have owned third gen since, well, there was a third gen?

So, just wondering how many old farts like me are out there? I've owned a third gen since Aug of 1997. 20 years with this amazingly reliable machine. I know I've read at least a couple threads with some 96's that people have owned since the beginning, but not sure if they still have them?? I guess the furthest you could go back, correct me if I'm wrong, would be aug of 95? Anyone out there have one since then?

I bought my 97 T4R new in May of 1997 and it has been running just fine ever since. And there isn't a spot of rust on it....it has never seen road salt.

I was born, and so my dad decided it was time to walk into a dealer and purchase one of these 96’ 4Runners because it actually hustled when you stepped on it and didn’t have the butt sag of the second gen.

I've driven nothing but 3rd gens since 2003, through 16 countries and 300k+ miles. I just bought my third one this summer, and I plan to keep this one for 10+ years. Amazing vehicles.
