How much are people paying for the NEW 4Runner?

Ressler probably give as good or better deal than anyone else.

I talked with most dealers in the state and Helena Toyota offered me the best deal to order a new TEP w/KDSS at $38,750 without any options. They offered me a MGM TRD Pro for around $41k. Ressler came in 2nd with an offer for $39k + $200 doc fee.

I ended up going to Calgary and got a loaded '14 Trail (which in Canada is a TEP w/KDSS) with 29k miles for $33,150 USD. Plus $375 tariff at the border. As soon as I get my the GST refunded it should end up costing about $32k.

The TRD wheels are available to purchase in both black and gray. I just negotiated that into the deal (I still get the steel spare wheel with the street tire as well.) I wanted the 5th wheel in case we got a flat off-road. It'll just go into rotation with the others like we did when we had our Jeep JKR. No idea what we'll do with the steel spare/tire...

I don't know why it wouldn't fit... When you have to install the spare, you've got to put the flat tire/wheel somewhere, right?!? If for some reason it doesn't, I'll mount the spare to the Gobi Stealth rack (or if I have to, replace the rear bumper with something that has a tire carrier. :biggrin2: )

I didn't bother to negotiate the tire. I work for a tire manufacture that's known worldwide and refused to pay for a competitor's product to mount on the 5th wheel. I'll be getting 5 BFG KO2's (a perk of my employment) to replace the 4 Nitto's with the 5th one going on the matching 5th wheel. Most likely going with the 275/70R17 over a stock size.

You know how to work a deal...It was a miracle for me to pay $2k under sticker as normally its 5-10k over sticker in SoCa.....they would have laughed if I asked for a rim!

I only have a few hundred miles on my TRD but cant complain about the tires yet, but would love some BFG KO2s when these wear out...you gonna hook us all up with deals!?

I've just left the dealer and was able to get them down to $33,695 for a SR5 4x4 with 3rd row seating and Navigation.

Told them I needed to shop their offer around with other dealers in the area and will give them a call if I decide to go with them.

We'll see what happens.

That is amazing...I thought I got a steal on a TRD at $41,600 I think it was...only options were running boards I think, not sure what all the options really are other than rear sliding cargo tray.

Got my '16 TE (magnetic gray) for 44.2K OTD. Not a great price but the TE's were scarce in the SF Bay Area so I didnt have much leverage to negotiate. Came with upgraded entune and kdss...and, unfortunately, mats and running boards (which were quickly removed/replaced).

If anyone in the future is in the SF Bay area, call Freeman Toyota in Santa Rosa and talk to John Coffaney, no BS, no games, no option add ons, nothing hidden, and will be well under sticker (more than any other dealer I could find)...I flew from LA to Santa Rosa and drove it back down to save tons of money. Best car buying experience ever. I got a TRD but he can get you a Trail too etc

I picked up my Trail Edition yesterday at Sterling McCall in Houston. Got it for $35,600 +TTL. Ordered it without floor mats, running boards, or rack crossbars since I was installing Husky Liners, am installing sliders, and I got crossbars cheaper online.

My local dealer wanted $1500 more for a similar vehicle, so I ended up driving 700 miles roundtrip (to Bryan, TX) to get a better price and absolutely no hassle deal.

I went through Seth Cook at Atkinson. I talked to five or six dealers around Texas since I had a classic bait and switch the last time I bought locally (long story but they had to give me $5000 worth of Sequoia options I didn't pay for). Seth was recommended by a friend who bought his granddaughter attending Blinn a new Tacoma. Nobody could match Seth's quotes in his and my cases.

As my friend 'told me so' I got the best price and exactly the vehicle I wanted without a bunch of unnecessary options, like running boards, remote start, etc. No one else could quickly find me a silver Trail; it seems he has a good connection at the port.

The $100 I paid a friend to drive us to Bryan was worth every penny. It was refreshing to see how professional Atkinson's operation and staff are compared to the other dealers I've been to, and Fargo's BBQ nearby was excellent!

If you end up there tell him Eric and Sally referred you; I don't think I get anything out of it, but he deserves to know we appreciated working with him.

I paid just under 34k for my new '16 sr5p with running boards included. That's without tax, title, tag and license fees.

MSRP from that dealer is $38,830.00. Only options are carpeted floor mats and sweet ass exhaust tip.
