bought my 96' 4runner SR5 with 160,000 miles and chipping paint on the hood for $3,700

i got a steal in my opinion

I paid $5500 CDN plus tax and reg. fees.

I bought my 2000 4runner limited with 113,000 miles on it up in I think it was Lakewood, WA last October and drove it back down to Salem. It is now April and I have 123,000 lol. I am definitely glad I got the 4runner.

I paid 9700 out the door for my 98 sr5 loaded with a 5 spd with only 67,000 miles back in july 05 i believe, it now has 115k, awaiting my lift kit to arrive, as well as my flowmaster muffler and soon to buy 265/75's.

Paid $6400 two years ago for my 97 SR5 with 98,000 miles. Bought it from a dealership (talked them down from ($11,000) with a salvage title, however the car is mint with nothing wrong, I had the dealership give me a full certification so I could get full coverage insurance. I guess the top had been crushed from a tree or something so it got a new top and paint job. I put about $2000 into it with new T-Belt/water pump, suspension lift/wheels, alternator, belts, sway end links, wires/plugs/fuel filter and sound system. Keep thinking about selling for a tacoma but I'm gonna try to run this thing forever.

I got mine in dec. with 94k miles, clean title for 6k. Also have all service records from new. Only issues are a small hole in the carpet in the cargo area and a coffee stain in the carpet...

Bought my 2000 SR5 4x4 this past Jan, 2010 with 207K Miles for $6,000 even cash. Like new with sunroof, beautiful, glossy original black paint, all 4 new Firestone Destinations A/Ts, 24K/24 Month Bumper to Bumper Warranty, zero rust, clean carfax. Dealer even paid for me to take it to my own mechanic to get it checked out before I purchased. Never been happier to spend that money. Love the truck and the way the dealer handled the whole thing. Great over all experience.

Only had it a month but I paid 4400 for my 99 SR5 3.4, 5speed, Got towed behind a motor home and so has lots of miles but your would never know it from how it drives and looks on the inside:cheers:

now I've started to mod it and it will be a great family Wheeler.

I just picked up my 97 4cyl /5 speed for $3200.00 from a mechanic friend who had taken it on trade for some work
Has been gone over and well maintained with good records..
It started it's life in Kansas and has a few HAIL dents but for the price and my needs great deal

Not ashamed to say I overpaid for mine... but I got what I wanted.. a near perfect, Black, and local 4 runner with 94,000 mi on it, and no accidents! There are lots of places here selling 4 runers that they are buying cheap from the east coast and the salt has taken its toll if you look closely... Im sure lots of people buying have no idea...they are flying off the lots..... we have no rust here and I wanted mine to be from the area. I paid 13k... yea, its alot I know.....but im still smiling
