How much lift from Airlift @5-10 PSI

Can anyone who has airlift installed tell me if it actually gives you any lift with air pressure between 5-10 PSI? In my understanding at this pressure ride is not affected..? correct me if I am wrong.

.25"??? It's hard to know. I do know if you let all the air out the vehicle doesn't move. Bounce on the hitch and it'll settle a hair lower than it was, the same, reversed, is true when you fill it to 5-10psi. So .25"+/- is probably the right answer.

if you purchased the kit aftermarket, you can ask for the spacers, that way when filled to 30+ ( mine go up to 35) its possible to gain about an inch, but 5-10 gives nothing. i run mine filled all the time, & i have bilstien 5100 shocks with stock springs , no spacers, stiffens it just enough for me, less tail wag during fast ,tight maneuvers.
