No. All parts ordered from the Toyota parts web site have free shipping to the dealer regardless of the cost of the item. The only catch is you have to pick it up at your dealer; it is not shipped to your home/business.

Yes. McGeorge and Olathe have competitive prices but they don’t participate in the free shipping offer that I have seen.

My “go to” dealer for picking up fluids (WS-ATF, Coolant), Maita in Sacramento, has now reverted to selling at MSRP so I’ll have to find another option. I can get prices close to Olathe’s at Madera Toyota but they now charge a pickup fee and won’t ship fluids. More research is needed.

17 years of high-mileage 4runner DIYship and I've settled on ordering a mixture of McGeorge and Partsouq (UAE) depending on price, availability and shipping cost. For little things I don't want to pay shipping or need right now I go to the cheaper local dealer and they can get it by next morning if they don't have it there, with no shipping and can usually haggle the shop price. Stuff like O2 sensors, starters, etc I get the Denso from Summit Racing, Napa or whoever. Used to buy a lot from Olathe because it comes fast (the dealership here gets stuff from KC) but McGeorge is considerably cheaper. I order so many weird tools from Amazon they think I have an auto shop and keep offering me a business account haha.

Try partsouq.com or amayama.com UAE seems to be a big distro for parts (presumably because everyone in Africa and Middle East drives Toyotas) but it often arrives to USA as fast as from a US supplier and shipping costs about the same in my experience. Don't know about import duty in Canada though.

1000MPH, where did you end up ordering from? I had a bunch of stuff in my cart last night at toyota of south atlanta and was very happy with the prices. I was adding a few more things today and unfortunately, prices magically increased to be the same price as they were BEFORE the 20% off

When I google the part number with "shopping" the price I get it $34 at many dealers. Oddly, when I go to their website, the item is $42.50. I guess I should have jumped on the deal last night!

I ended up ordering from Madera Toyota in California. You’re right, the pulleys I ordered yesterday for $46 are now $58. I think someone at Toyota might have screwed up. The deal now only says 20% off “accessories”.

Does anyone know if this Toyota Parts website have a contact customer service phone number or email. I looked and can’t find one. I want to order some wipers but some of them show two different photos and I want to make sure I’m ordering the right part.

You need to select a dealer to get a phone number, then you’re basically calling the parts desk. The pics and drawings are terrible in most cases but they’re constantly improving. Use google to hopefully find a pic of what the part really looks like.
