How To "Fix" The SR5 Nose-Dive

I've searched and found quite a few articles about lifts that will "fix" the nose-dive but haven't found anything about fixing it without a lift. Aside from replacing my Toytec lift what are my options? New sway bars will help in the cornering and a bit on the dive but what other options are there?

Your toytec didn't help with the nose dive? Are you running the coil overs or a spacer?

I wouldn't think swaybars would help with the nose dive at all.

Stiffer springs up front is really our only option.

Also towing a heavy load helps

Nice! Wish it were that easy. I've got the spacer lift with stock size tires on 17x9 rims. Wouldn't think tires would affect the dive but will have to look into springs.

I installed bilshteins 5100at 0.85 settings it fixed nose dive problem.not completelly but I`dsay 75%. stock springs up front+2" flexsprings in the rear, I bet stiffer fronts will cure another 25% but I don`t want to lose soft ride.

Better tires = stiffer sidewalls = less dive (due to tires)

That combined with the better rate of the Bilstein 5100's

Plus, when you get the alignment, ask that they set your caster as close to 4 as they can.

I think most people here will agree that it is like driving a different vehicle.

... Now I just need to get it done myself.
