How to get a always on cigarette lighter?

So I want an always on 24/7 cigarette lighter in my venza but haven't really figured out how to. The reason I want a 24/7 is because I want my dash cam 24/7 like when I am parked to keep recording encase something happens.

If you can find the relay you can jumper out the contacts.
