How to Import Land Cruiser 70 series 2008?

You could use google and try to find yourself in importer in your area or you could deal directly with an exporter in Another area of the world, like Japan, most likely.
In the U.S. you'll have to do things to the vehicle to make it acceptable by U.S. standards. (Im not sure exactly what they are or what they are called) Anyways, I know you'll have to make the Land Cruiser meet Emissions standards and you'll have to change the lights to meet DOT standards. All sorts of things like that.
I dont know exactly whats involved when bringing a newer vehicle like that into the states but Im sure if you google an importer/exporter that deals with those type of vehicles you could get all that information from them, including shipping costs etc.

Suggest you go to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website.

Search for "Importing a Car" and download the "Importing or Exporting a Car" document.
Contact the nearest U.S. Customs office and briefly tell them what you want to do. Don't expect a local office to have all the answers. Just get the phone number for an "Import Specialist" who handles automobiles/trucks/vehicles and call for the procedure.
It is very complicated and involves requirements for several agencies and will induce major heartburn. :bash:
I would use the services of a Commercial Customs Broker(it may be a requirement anyway). You probably will have to use an independent commercial importer (ICI) to bring it up to standards and post a bond.
Also find out what your state requirements will be.
Make no assumptions. Make sure EVERYONE knows EXACTLY what you plan to import before you make the purchase.
It could be expensive and possibly the truck cannot be brought up to all standards.
