Under the Poster's Information, like Location:, Age:, Posts:, Add a Drives: section. A lot of time someone posts a question like "I am getting bad gas mileage." Before you can see if he is talking about a Gen 3 or Gen 4, or a V6 or V8, you have to search or ask more questions. All this creates more trouble. I know we all should completely describe our problem, sometimes we miss.

tapatalk is the app on the Iphone that I use but its hard to use for searching info out. using a browser is typically best.

I'll have to look that up. This site can be very frusterating at home, it pratically locks up my brand new lap top :frusty: works great on my phone with wireless and is perfect here at my desk at work.

Getting back to the marketplace... I feel like we need a minimum membership length/post count before members are allowed to post ads. l do come across many ads on here where the member has joined solely for the purpose of selling an item... only to never show up again. I think this will also help protect buyers from getting screwed.

And put all the market place stuff in one place. The 5th Gen section has its own kind of market place thread that has become more of a jumbled mess than anything. It is impossible to find something you might be interested in if it was posted a month or so ago.

Piggybacking off this; I think we should have a gen specific organization for the F/S and WTB items in each subcategory. That way it's easy to find stuff for your truck

Marketplace ads outside of the marketplace should either be moved or deleted too.
Anyway, I agree that it would be nice to have gen specific areas in there as well. There is always one issue with that though. Say that someone lists a set of wheels in the third gen section. Other gens can use these wheels. If people don't know this, they won't come across the ad if they don't know to look there. On the other hand, if you know what you're looking for..... it won't matter. I'd prefer that over posting anywhere to be honest.
