how to take decals off...

both the decals on the front doors are starting to peel/fake off and its doesnt look that great so i need to take them off..how should i do this?

If your talking about the "Limited" or "SR5" badges then all you have to do is take some dental floss and Goo Gone and work the dental floss back and forth. Pour the Goo Gone on the badge.

I've also heard you can use a hair dryer and heat up the glue that is holding it on and then use the dental floss.
 
I went to auto zone and bought an eraser wheel that I hooked to my power drill. It peeled my pin striping right off.

Or if its adhesive residue your talking about, the best is lighter fluid, it will disolve any auto adhesive. Just make sure you wax the spots after to restore the integrity of the paint.

yes i am talking about the "badges" where it says 4runner sport... the back ones are fine..
 
One of those two methods should work. One caution note: the paint might around the badge might be faded and that would cause the paint under the badge to stand out.
